- Submission content: deal summaries, documents, attachments, cap tables, financials, borrower/sponsor details, collateral details, timing, target terms, and related communications.
- Compliance-related (where appropriate): eligibility confirmations for Partner Access, NDA acknowledgements, conflict checks, and related verification.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, time spent, clicks.
- Cookie and similar tech data (see Cookie Policy): analytics, performance, and preference data.
C. Information from third parties
- Introductions/referrals: if a mutual contact introduces you, we may receive basic contact details and context.
- Verification providers (if used): to confirm business identity or eligibility for restricted access.

- Contract / steps prior to contract: to respond to inquiries and manage an engagement.
- Legitimate interests: operating and securing the Services, evaluating fit, preventing fraud, improving our site, and managing Partner Access.
